I ordered a product. I paid, and I never got it. I have talked to the company at least 20 times asking for the product or a refund and they just say they are working on it. I read reviews of the company after I ordered from them and it seems to be very common for them to take your money and not send the product

We bought some knives for some presents with a company guarantee that they would be processed in shipped within 48 business hours. Shortly after purchase, we were contacted by the satisfaction manger and told that our order wasn’t complete although we have a confirmation number and proof of purchase. We have emailed numerous times with little response and no accountability- they have been very dismissive- and keep saying that our products are either out of stock or waiting on a tracking number, however, the website never mentioned a product was out of stock. While purchasing the products they emailed us back almost by the minute- now that we have some problems we are lucky to hear from them once a day.
