I placed an order on March 6, 2021 and was advised they were getting my order ready for shipping. I hadn’t heard anything by March 18th so I sent an email asking when my order was being shipped. I did not hear back from Selbeh until March 22 when they advised there were some items not ready. At this point I am starting to feel very uncomfortable and told them if my order was not ready by March 26, I wanted to cancel for a full refund. On March 24 they responded and offered to cancel the ones they didn’t have but would ship the other items. On March 27 I asked that they cancel my order and issue me a full refund as they were unable to fulfill it. On March 30 I received an email saying my order had been shipped and they could not cancel now. I received my order on April 20. None of the clothing fit me and it was very poor quality. Not at all like the pictures on their website. One dress wasn’t even the size I ordered! On Apr 23 I sent them an email saying I wished to return the items for a full refund. I did not hear back from them by April 26 so I sent another email requesting a response. I received an email back on April 27th asking me to send pictures of the items I wished to return. I asked them why I would have to send pictures of the items. At this point I never heard back from them again even though I sent several emails asking for a response.

I placed an order online. The clothing I ordered do not look like the pictures shown on the sellers website. The quality is poor. The fit is terrible. I have tried through email to get the address to return the order with two replies asking if I would take $13 off and then $60 off my order to keep it. I can not wear any of these clothes.
