I was sending an email when this screen popped up on my computer. My computer was frozen. I called the number they said they were Microsoft support. I asked for company name and where they were located. They said Select Buy LLC and were in Florida. They tried and tried to get remote access to my computer. Very persistent. The man with a strong Asian accent said he was a Microsoft Certified Engineer. I told him absolutely no way was I giving him remote access. I hung up on him.

I do not go to strange sites. I do not click on ads. I was on yahoo mail when this happened. Everybody beware.
