James Mitchell said he was from Select Portfolio Servicing and he reduced my interest rate to 3% and I had to send $1500 ($500x 3)to him since he was unable to apply the amount through the normal way for there was problems registering the payment. He told me to get a $500 American Express credit card and send him the code on the back of the card then cut them in half. I was having difficulty with my mortgage and when I tried to apply funds from my bank account, I had difficulty paying the funds. I went to the bank and they said they couldn’t do anything because no funds were taken from my account however I used my funds in my account to purchase the cards.
