Bait-and-switch business. Deceptive and false advertising. Company contact limited to email. In order to mislead the consumer, they offer an initial quote significantly higher than what is paid. No formal process to dispute quotes, shipping charges and or to file a complaint. No type of guarantees or promises. They use a common algorithm of reducing the initial quote by at least 65% thus forcing you to either accept the offer or pay for return shipping charges.
