I recieved a text message to make a microsoft TEAMS account. To do an interview for Selva Therapeutics Inc. They sent me an Employment Agreement after the initial interview. They said they were to provide me with all work equipment to set up my at home office. They sent me a check to deposit to cover equipment for $1950.99.

The deposit was put on hold. They then told me the company would be sending out the equipment with the need to deposit a check or send payment. But that I woukd have to make a $200 payment for the software. I told them that it seems weird seeing their ageeement said they would be covering all the equipment and software. They assured me that they were 100% legit and my saftey was their top priority. I didnt send the money but I recieved a letter from my bank saying the check I had tried to deposit was fictitious/altered.
