Semi broke down in London, OH and I found this company online. Called and spoke to a lady that gave me a quote to have the truck towed to my mechanic. She requested a com check for half of the amount quoted. I've had semi's towed in the past and no one has ever asked for a com check up front so I became suspicious and told her "No, thank you'. About 15 minutes later, a guy called me back. He said he was the driver and was ready to come and tow my truck. He said he'll do the tow for $*** less if I gave him a com check before he drove out.

I didn't go any further and have stopped taking their calls.
