Tiny Cup for size Large

I actually like the back support and front closure although there are a lot of hooks and eyes but the cup is very small, ridiculously small. I have emailed them my disappointment with their product. After reading previous reviews, I'm not expecting much from this company regarding accommodating me (sending the correct size cup in the bras) or compensating me for these ill-fitting garments.

Semibras is a scam. I have had radiation on 5 different areas of my spine for cancer and I saw the advertisement for "Semibra" with back support. When I received it and tried it on, the bra was like a torture chamber. There are an enormous number of rows of hooks & eyes all along your chest and on your shoulders. The cups are tiny.
I contacted their customer service and was told to send photos of original mailing packet, inside packet and product. I did exactly as they said, explaining how cumbersome and painful this bra was for me. Their response was "sorry NO refunds".
Don't be fooled by the ads. Never buy any products from them.

The bra I was sent was ridiculously small, so I attempt to return it. This is the response I received:

About your return request, according to our policy, we only accept the return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end.

Nowhere on earth would these sizes be classified as LARGE. They would at the very least be EXTRA LARGE or 2XL.. So, I am sorry, but this is a huge error on your part. I expected a bra with actual correct sizing.
I believe I am entitled to a full refund, as this item is too small, uncomfortable and utterly useless.

I noticed this product on Facebook and looked at the video and it appeared legit. However, after ordering I saw reviews that were not favorable and emailed the company asking to cancel the order. Their response: According to our policy, if you cancel the order, you will be charged 30% of the order for the cancellation fee.

This amount in my opinion was ridiculous for a product not even received. I responded telling them that I would prefer to have it cancelled rather than deal with a company doing business this way. It tells me that they must have many returns/cancellations. The reviews online indicate wrong sizes and poor workmanship with the items. It should also be noted that this product is advertised under various names. The product was for a bra that closes in front and gives more support in the back. Don't be fooled like I was and I'm not normally one to be tricked in this way. I guess the lesson learned is not to order off Facebook (there are quality products on there, too) and to read the reviews ahead of time (all the time).
