"United Advocacy Counseling" is a scamming outfit targeting people with home loans that they say can be re-structured under their program using the HOME-cares act as a disguise. They targeted me for two spaced-out payments of processing fees, one of which I paid in the amount of $985 and one more that I'm obviously not paying in the amount of $990 totaling $1975. They sound legit and professional. They told me i could re-structure my home loan and drop my monthly mortgage payments by approximately $600, along with a lower interest rate for the first 5 years and only going up a half percent for the remainder of my loan term. I have further researched this company only to find out that they are completely fraudulent and evil scammers. Beware of this "United Advocacy Counseling"!!!
