Same day, I received email from J. Gordon to fill out an application:

This position is a work from home arrangement where you will be expected to work from 9 AM to 5 PM your local time. All employees start at Beltmay with a 30-day probationary period. We had a phone interview March 11, 2024, then an Employment Agreement was sent to me to sign in a document
in "RightSignature".com

March 15, I received email congratulating me on the position of Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist:
Dear Donna,
Thank you for completing and signing your Employment Agreement. All your submissions have been verified and approved. All conditions have been removed from the job offer and it is now considered official. We are thrilled that you decided to pursue your career with Beltmay.
Your account has been set up, so here's your list of assignments for today:
1. Log in to the CRM system at Deck-crm.com with the below info:

2. Your curator's name is Kerry Norton. Send a message through the CHAT to your curator introducing yourself, stating when you are ready to receive your first packages, confirming your personal info on file and asking any questions you have at this point. If you want to speak to your curator on the phone - simply provide her with the time you are available, just keep in mind she is PST.
TIP: You may need to scroll down the page to view the text entry field and SEND icon.
3. Navigate to My Account - > Account details. Review your Name spelling, Address, Phone and Cell information for accuracy.
4. Open the HELP section in the top menu, and read each section thoroughly. You need to familiarize yourself with all the articles in the HELP section of CRM before your first package arrives.
5. On the first day you should contact your curator to receive the first instructions. You must stay online in the CRM for at least several hours a day to successfully complete the training and discuss work issues and details of the process with your curator. Once your account is activated, you need to be online all the time from 9 to 5, except when you send and receive packages. We ask you to periodically update the CRM and check the chat so as not to miss messages from your curator.
You need to enroll yourself with the payroll department by sending them email at [email protected] with the subject line "Payroll setup"
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Status: New employee
- Department: Logistics
- Curator: Kerry Norton
- Request: payroll enrollment
You can expect to hear back from the payroll department with information about your payroll, taxes, and more.
In a nutshell, this is your assignment for today:
1. Log in to the CRM, make sure your personal information is accurate and chat with your curator Kerry Norton on the CRM. Confirm that everything's correct or if any changes need to be made.
2. Complete enrollment with the payroll department.
3. Go over the provided training materials and be prepared to discuss them.
4. Learn how to use the CRM to be able to stay in touch with your curator during your working shift.

I started the job, worked with them for 1 months, receiving, reporting, redirecting, making labels, copying invoices and packing slips, and driving the packages to UPS, USPS, FEDEX.
I didn't get paid, so I asked when are they sending me a check, they said, they sent it and that was the last correspondence.
