I was contacted via email for a work from home job, saying they had found my resume online and thought I would be a good candidate for the position. After a phone interview, they offered me a job package forwarding. The first month was supposed to be probationary, and I would be paid at the end and reimbursed for shipping supply purchases. On the date that I was supposed to be paid (a Wed), I was informed that their bank account had been compromised and they could not process direct deposits at that time. The following Monday, I was told that they were able to issue a check, but still unable to process direct deposit. They did not acknowledge actually mailing the check until that Wednesday. Now, three weeks after my initial pay date, I still have not received the check and they claim to still be unable to process direct deposits.
