I bought a membership in the first week of January 2021. After a couple of days I realized that it was not worth my $100. So in line with their ‘fully refund’ within 30 days I contacted them via email. They had a link ‘to cancel’ but it would not recognize my email. I only have one email address so there shouldn’t be any confusion. So then I resorted to the general contact form ([email protected]) but they have not replied to me yet. I have sent them a further email. Are they trying to wait out he 30 days so they don’t have to refund my money?
