I received a robocall on my cell phone. I answered the call. My caller ID showed Ashtabula and phone number 440-855-9777. It did not give a company name.Offering me a senior discount for my electric bill. $20 a month for first three months. It stated I was overcharged and wanted to issue me a refund check. I pressed a number for further information. They were going to send me a refund check. A representative came on the line. He already had my name and address. The representative wanted me to get my electric bill to confirm information. I refused I would not give any information. He became frustrated with me. He said Ii was not going to receive my discount. I thought I would report this call.I tried to call the number back. It was not a working number.
