Scammer used ANOTHER person’s cell phone number to call me. I stupidly said YES at one point in very short conversation

Caller asked me right off the bat if I could hear them. As soon as I answered Yes -- they hung up. Now I'm going to have to watch my phone bill, credit cards, cable for unauthorized charges. I'm so sick over it.
