This is everything I ordered it and never got it. They said it was delivered it wasn’t I was watching because I had 2 packages coming that day. I got 1 out of 2. They did send me a email telling me they would give me

It doesn’t work. I went to my post office they told me that the tracking number wasn’t real.

There is no way it fit in my mail box.

I didn't receive my avent calendar. Apparently it has been delivered in my house, but I didn't receive it! So, I contact the site and it's been now three weeks for the 10% refund...

I clicked on a QVC ad on Instagram for a shelf unit and purchased the shelf. I received a confirmation email and it did not have any QVC verbiage or logos on it, so I was suspicious. I looked at the Instagram ad again and noticed then that there were comments saying it was a scam. I messaged the service email that was in the email: [email protected] asking to cancel the order. I then received a response from a "Bella" ([email protected]) [Dear Ashley Spangberg, Thanks for purchasing on our store. We are so sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Could you please tell us why you want to cancel your order? Your reply is very important to us and we will do our best to improve our service. Please don't worry. Once getting your reply, we will deal with it as soon as possible. If any inconvenience caused to you, please kindly understand. Look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Bella] I replied that I didn't want the product anymore. I got another email from same email but sign by Yolo, asking if I would keep it. I replied no, they then offered me 5% off; I declined that and said I wanted a full refund. the last email offered 10% off; I have not responded. I contacted my credit card company and explained they situation; they let me dispute the charge and refunded my card.
