I purchased five items described as cotton blend and they are the cheapest fabric imaginable. I would not buy these clothes at a dollar store. I have traveled all over the world and shopped markets in India and Thailand and never seen such cheaply made gross clothing. They are ridiculous. Do not buy! All five items were the same rayon fabric. Of course they will not accept a return now.

Hi there, I saw one of their ads on Instagram and the company and website looked legit. Like everyone else it took me months to receive any clothing from the company, and when I did the clothes with a Prop 65 warning inside and nothing else. Prop 65 informs you that the clothes contain chemicals that may cause cancer and birth defects! WTH!? They definitely don't mention this on the website. There are also no labels in their clothing items (size, materials in the clothing, etc) which is a HUGE RED FLAG. When I contacted them they refused to refund me or accept a return unless there is a defect. I told them this is a serious defect if their clothes cause cancer. BEWARE! Major scam company that is dishonest and also dangerous, and I hope someone shuts them down.

They have a no return policy. They disguise this with a return policy listed, but that is ONLY if the product has a defect. They will not exchange sizes. I paid over $60 and shipping for 2 blouses that did not fit (incredibly tight and uncomfortable) and was denied the option to return or exchange for larger sizes. TOTAL SCAM!

I placed an order for clothing through this website and was not initially told how long shipping would be.

After several weeks had passed, I checked their website and learned that orders typically ship in 30 days. I thought that seemed like a long time, but couldn't do anything about it...

I subsequently made plans to relocate, due to COVID, so reached out to customer service through their website, email to their contact email address, and facebook to see if there was an estimate for when the items would ship - either to cancel the order or to change the address. I was told by 2 different contacts that the orders were "preparing to ship" and then were about to ship... and then that they already had shipped. The website eventually updated itself to indicate that the items were packed and awaiting shipment, which would take place in the next 48 hours.

A week later (>48 hours...), the status had still not changed and I reached out several times to the various contact options and was told that the items already HAD shipped and that it would take a while to update shipping information.

A few days later - still, no one could provide me shipping information, including tracking numbers, estimated ship time, date of delivery, etc. ANd the website still did not update the status.

Finally, a few days later still, I was given a USPS tracking number through their point of contact on facebook, but the USPS number is a duplicate number and cannot be traced.

One month later and about to leave for a new house, I have not received any items, NOR do i have any information about when these items will be shipped or if they have. I am out nearly $300.00 and am quite angry. Their customer service, only through facebook, email, and website, are very inconsistent in their responsiveness and there is no phone number to call. I would like to recoup my money and also to ensure that no other customers are scammed by this business again!!!
