Sephora USA had an advent calendar for 2500 rewards points available for purchase online, stating that it had makeup, skincare, and beauty tools. The description was fraudulent in nature and the calendar only contained tools. Others have gotten their 2500 points back due to false advertising, but Sephora customer service refuses to give me back points that I spent on the fraudulent advent calendar.
