I made an online purchase that was paid with a credit card on 7/6/2020 and received an email confirmation.

I sent an email to their support center on 7/21/2020 to inquire about delivery of my purchase with no reply. I did not receive the ordered item. Also could not reach their website with this message when searched:

Hmmm… can't reach this pagewww.seregeer.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I reported a complaint to my credit card on 7/28/2020 and luckily will be credited for my purchase from Seregeer.

I was looking for tents and found one at a reasonable price and ordered it. I got email confirmation with order number but nothing since. I tried to email them about my order but it came back as undeliverable. Something needs to happen to stop Seregeer.com. I'm out $89.

I was searching for Arbors. A site appeared during my search named Seregeer. I clicked on it to review their products. They had a few nice products and definitely had better prices. I ordered the arbor. Never received and update information regarding my order or about the shipping. Finally I did a search about this company and it seems that everyone that had purchased through them has had the same exact experience. Not sure why nothing has happened to them as of yet. How is this allowed?

I bought a bike on this website and I got a confirmation email saying thank you for my purchase with an order number and a note that my order was getting ready to be shipped and they will notify me when it has been sent.

That was the last time I got a message from them, I tried to review my order on the website but it gave me a message that the website can’t be reached, I didn’t have access to their website anymore and of course I never got the bicycle. It is a complete SCAM.
