This website sell Polaroid photo booth I ordered in November and on 12/15 they state they delivered ,but no package was delivered to my address ever. On the map of their delivery company since item comes from China whivh nevr was disclosed it show it was left on a different street and they keep claiming i recieved it this was a christmas gift and i wouldnt lie . So their customer service keeps blaming me and stated they would refund me 30% ,35%,50% and finally they said 70% of my money but still no refund on the deliver tracking it showes othet complaints of the the same nature no one ever gets their package and they keep your money

Ordered an item through instagram marketing and never received the product. I emailed the company and received several responses with fake tracking information. When the tracking said the item was delivered and yet i had not received anything i reached out again and they responded that i needed to ask my neighbors if they received the item and they would reach out to the logistics company. When i inquired again about the order after confirming the item was not delivered to a neighbor they completely ignored my requests. The email they use does not match the website and there is no other contact information available. Please do not order from these Chinese sites that are unreliable.
