I believe this is a scam she copied wordage from other website for her website. The puppies she has listed have been listed for some time and basset hounds go fast ecclesial for that price.

She could not provide proof that she had the puppies with a video or my name with a photo of the puppy. She would not use PayPal and said she had to is Venmo for payment!
