I was first contacted by this personal when my mom found their website and promised my mom one of their dogs is service dog material and she send them over to me. I talked to them and they seemed legit as they were able to answer my questions about the pup. However this seemed off when I was able to get the money send for the transport fee. Personal wanted me to cancel the payment and resend it to another cause of "limited amount their bank allowed them to have". I already told them that payment cannot be canceled through Zelle due to policies they have and the only way to get the money back was for them to send it back to me. Now I feel like [censored] for trusting these people just cause I wanted to do something nice for my mom.
