Came across this shop while I was on facebook or instagram...pretty sure I saw it on both though. And I thought it sounded perfect for my back issues I have so I gave it a try. Right away after purchasing I got a message on my arrive (now known as shop) app letting me know that my order was placed with the serenitymats company. At the time they had a number and contact info all on the arrive app, now its all gone except the email which they don't respond to. ([email protected] or [email protected]) Item never came, but the money was taken out of my account and my bank I use said there was nothing they could do about it. So now I am out almost $50.
