They had website claiming to be legit Seresto flea collar company. I needed Seresto flea collars for 8 pets. Seem a fair price for item and website looked like had legit USA address and information on bottom of website page. Ordered 8 collars, so when checkout went through afterwards I noticed seller had Asian name and info, as I tried cancel order immediately after, it would not let me contact seller and paypal refused my cancellation. I waited till collars shipped and to check if Collars were real , I only opened one and the items looked tampered and resealed, then I filed claim with Paypal, seller threatened only to refund me 30% of total amount telling me not worth refunding or will charge me international fee. I replied that they sent counterfeit tampered items using a California address and that is the address where it will be returned. I declined offer, waited another few days for another email, then they only offered 90% refund, I declined and sent more images AGAIN as proof to paypal these items were tampered, now another few days they offer full refund but want to play game and make me waste the money paying international shipping label and not where it was shipped from a California address. Paypal is being horrible with this investigation when I clearly sent them image of the california shipping label of items being shipped to me and images of the tampered seals of items. Their website on resolution center is terrible now to navigate through.
