I noticed a charge on my bank account and did not subscribe to anything. I just need to know how I can get a refund.

I dont know what this website is all about. If someone would point me in the right direction to speak to someone in order to get a refund that would be great.

I received a notice from PayPal for a charge of $39.95 paid to SERGFG.COM

When I went to this address it was customer service immediately telling me they were going to reverse the charges and cancel my membership. When I asked what was the membership for & what the product or service was they kept repeating they don't know, they are only customer service...
