Serve is a prepaid debit card and you have to get approved once you purchase the card at the store for the account and then send you a new card after you get approved it's a $9.95 monthly fee is what they do is they deny you the first time and tell you that you made a mistake punching in the numbers they have you go back in and redo the application we're in turn it comes back approved your new card is on the way that's when they take the $9.95 however that's not true you're not approved they just want to take the $9.95 from the account and never send you a new card they will not refund the $9.95 saying that you made a mistake on your application that's why it was denied. There is no address or contact information on thier website.
