I placed an order with Amazon.com and the product I purchased came with a special $50 gift card that Amazon needed to have approved. Not long after my Amazon order was placed, I received a text message masked as Amazon relaying that the delivery had been changed and gave me a link to confirm of the change. When I opened up the link it locked me into the scam where Amazon supposedly stating that I had won a IPad for the amount of $1 shipping charge. After following through with the credit card information to pay the $1 shipping fee, I was immediately locked out of the link. Shortly after the lockout, I checked my bank account and it had an erroneous charge of $39.99 (Pre-Authorization Debit At **********dischack, 877-6657599, Fl On 041821 From Card#: XXXXXXXXXXXX2007

-$39.99). I immediately reported the fraudulent charge to my bank. The following morning I received an email from Served Advance.com with the made up order and the $39.99 charge. I googled the Servedadvance.com and got a telephone #888-291-5811. After calling their customer service department and gave them my order number and stated that the order number was erroneous and I requested a refund. They denied me a refund, stating it’s not their policy and hung up on me.

An ad popped up from my wifi carrier saying I was selected to get a Samsung s20 all I had to pay was 2.00 for shipping. Click here...then it went to served advance. No where did it say it was a sweepstakes or I would be charged 39.99 . Beware! I have emailed them several times and they do answer emails. However they give me the run around by offering this and that extra stuff. Have requested to be removed or canceled and a refund of my money. So far no luck!!
