Baltimore MD 21234, which I have enclosed. Enclosed was a letter titled Service Quality Assurance Evaluators and a cashiers check from Arvest Bank.
The letter specified that it was a shopping evaluation at Walmart due to
1. Unqualified staff
2. Slow services
3. Rude attendants
4. Excess charge
It was expected to of me to endorse the $2,940 cashiers check and keep $540 and use the rest to buy 2 Walmart gift cards of $400 in three different occasions. Then to send the gift card information to the number provided above. Once that was done I was expected to complete 4 basic questions and email it to the email mentioned above. Also an $100 bonus would be provided if task was completed within 24 hours. Enclosed are pictures of all referenced items.
