This company states that their road technicians are fully booked and cannot arrive quickly. They state that their technicians will arrive days after the initial call. After so, the technician will arrive within the day of the call and charge their customers an expedite fee.

No where during the call was expedite uttered or mentioned. When speaking with the technician, they stated that they were not busy and had the time to come in early.
