On Monday 14th March 2016, I was using my computer to browse through the net. A pop up come on the screen, it was a large block with black and white letters in it. Stating that I Thomas Church has been blocked out for some reason. Also it had said phone number on it, which is 1-844-708-2725. Said person wanted me to pay $49.00, for him to intall Macafee for one year. He had also said I had Trojan and said he could get read of it also and also had my user name and password which was the one I use for facebook. He did show me my user name and password on the monitor. I said ok. Said person then said, "Let go of your mouse", I did and pointer began to move all over the screen. He said you see pointer, I said yes. After he had showed me, he began to quote prices of $299.00 for 2 years for Macfee and then $399.00 and then $499.00. I told him I was not going to pay either on, he said have a payment plan of $179.00. I told hi no, I am no going to pay, that amount. One of the prices he quoted was also for the Trojan I was to have. Said person began getting mad. Then he said it takes a level 3 tech to do the repair. I then told him, i was going to take it back where I got the computer. He said no it takes a level 3 tech, I then told him I will unplug the computer, he said no don't do that or you will damage computer. I said no it won't, he said yes it will, I told him I would unplug the computer if you don't shut up. He started getting angry again. I told him I was taking it to the shop, I got mad and hung up.
