He said that the warranty had expired and we needed to replace it. He was very insisted in me paying right there for the insurance.

I received a letter in the mail telling me my car warrant was about to expire, which I know it is not. They wanted me to call them by 6/24/24 to get my service contract up to date. This company/person do not have any connection to the car dealership. It was signed by James Conrad program coordinator.
