Received multiple letter's during the last 5 months with the same message. Message was that the factory warranty on our vehicle had expired and we need to contact them to get our "service contract up-to-date". They warned that "neglecting to activate your coverage you will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs after your factory warranty expires". I never called them as it was obvious to me that it was a scam and an online search also confirmed it.
