The item I ordered was never delivered. I received several emails stating that they sent it, and then I received offers to refund partial amounts. There were 7 emails trying to negotiate a refund. I am still out $50.

I ordered a kitchen organizing shelf from this company. It was on Facebook. I emailed them about not receiving it and they said it would be there soon. That was six weeks ago.
