July 3, 2024, they wrote : "logistics accidentally lost your package during transportation". July 4, 2024, they arranged to ship again and gave me a new tracking number, so another month! Still never received anything. August 12, 2024, I emailed again complaining that I have not received my replacement order and then requested a refund. August 13, 2024, they responded saying they could only refund me 90% and asked me if I would accept that amount.
Of course I said YES! They said " refunds usually take 15-25 working days depending on the processing speed of the bank". "Rest assured as we can guarantee that you will eventually receive your refund". I then emailed on September 4, 2024 reminding them it would be the maximum 25 days on September 6, 2024 that I should have received my refund and if I do not receive it, I will then report them to the BBB.org/scamtracker. They apologized and reiterated they are a responsible company, and due to the high transaction volume they are experiencing delays.... (yeah right!) So today on September 7, 2024...I am reporting this. I have saved all my email correspondence. I am glad that my dollar loss is only $30.08 but if this can help at least one other person, it's worth the loss.
