I ordered an item from China that cost $41.39, waited a month still no item. Company looked into it and stated it was lost in mail, shipper and suppliers fault. Their remedy was after I got a very small package with label and tracking numbers changed with new label with an item worth $5.00. they said ship that item back to China and they will give me have back on my original purchase. They bargained on my account. They refuse to give me a full refund. Shipping the $5.00 item they sent me is not worth the cost to ship back to China. So they scammed me out of my money and the item I originally purchase. Don't order anything from Qoeiva
