I xlicked on an ad on Facebook for "ON Shoes." It took me to what I thought was a legitimate store. I received an order confirmation and that's it. I have tried to contact them with the listed email and I get no response. I lost $99.

Ordered shoes in November $56 taken out of bank acct. Requested info on shipping

12/1 said it was at customs. Have sent numerous additional emails but no response
