Type of a scam Online Purchase
Original order took over 1 month to deliver. Tracking number provided said item was delivered but it never was. Contacted company via email, they apologized and rushed a second order for delivery. This time it was about 10 days, and same thing. Tracking # says it was delivered when it was not. Emailed company at [email protected], that nothing was received and asked for a refund. They responded they would only refund 70% due to them losing money on shipment. Disputing charge with credit card company now. You cannot penalize a customer to pay for products not received!
If it’s too good to be true, then it is! I cannot believe I fell for this crap!
