I saw an ad on Facebook that indicated a Walgreens was having a store closing sale. I purchased items and never received the package. The tracking number was not domestic; therefore, the USPS is unavailable to locate the package. I sent an email requesting a refund, to no avail. I have reached out multiple times requesting a domestic tracking number, to no avail. I never received the package after the tracking number showed that it was delivered to my mailbox, which is impossible. The package would have been too large. I feel that something needs to be done to protect consumers from this type of scam.

I purchased Cat Items. They were suppose to be from a Chewy outlet store. They say that they were delivered to my local post office. But the tracking number I have isn't valid. They do not reply to emails I have sent them.

I ordered a Christmas tree on November 7, 2024. I never received it. I started requesting a refund in January 2025. I was told at first that my package was delivered. It was not. Then they claimed it was sent to a wrong address. I asked for my money back. They tried to send me a replacement. I told them numerous times that I did not want the product now as it was too late and I just wanted my money back. They agreed to refund and I should get it in 3-5 business days. Over a week passed with nothing. I emailed again and again got the 3-5 business days response. 2 weeks later still nothing. I have emailed repeatedly since then and they refuse to answer me at all now.

I ordered 2 items in 11/2024 as of today o have not received anything, keep asking for my full refund and nothing happens other than replies by email to keep waiting for them to investigate and nothing happens . My merchants transaction numbers are ****************F and order number 1803. I have sent over 15 emails and no results as of today .

I bought a Christmas tree through an Ad on Tic Tok or Facebook. It said it would arrive in a month. It never did but their shipping info said it had. We emailed back and forth about 20x and they promised me a refund.came here to find out it was a scam

I oredered a Christmas tree after seeing an ad on Facebook. It was a really cool tree, with LED lights you could program to your phone. It had a button to automatically unfold your tree/or to put it away. The ad said it would ship within 6 days. That was November 12th. Here it is December 21st and I still have no tree, i have emailed them countless times about a refund. They emailed once to say they shipped it and gave me a tracking link, that didn't work, and when i sent them a scathing email demanding a refund, they have been very silent. Do not order anything from Farmington PTE LTD, they are scammers in China, and will definitely take your money and then ghost you.

I saw a Christmas tree on TikTok shop that was "on sale" and i needed one. I was cautious but after looking into it, it seemed okay. I purchased the tree using PAYPAL on Nov. 5, 2024. I've check the "tracking information" at didn't work at all. I emailed the company several time. They do respond now, only because I got PAYPAL to look into the purchase also. I keep sending me a tracking number that shows it was delivered on 11-21-24. However, the product I purchased from them NEVER came. The company just keeps trying to lead me on. I told them I would report them. They didn't seem to care.

I ordered a Christmas tree for $49.99 on November 5 and paid through PayPal. I never received the item although PayPal says they show the item was delivered and I accepted the item. In my PayPal account, it shows the item was never even shipped.

I purchased a Christmas tree from this company through tik tok. It stated that it delivered 12/2 at 14:36. When checking the security cameras it was never delivered. I emailed them twice. No response. Also went to USPS and they told me that the tracking number was not a vaild. Apparently when researching further it was all a scam. I also contacted paypal to let them know.

How did you get a tracking number that usps was able to validate..
I'm kinda in the same situation and am fighting it out with paypal credit ( for a 3rd time now as they keep saying the seller shipped it and the tracking is showing it as delivered.)

the tracking number started with XCSU and after doing some digging myself it goes through a xichen tracking which is a domain that was registered about 7-8 months ago.

I have made several attempts to email with no response. The tracking information that they gave me stated it was delivered to the door I never received. I bought 2 trees one a day before the other.

I believe this is a fraudulant transaction.

Orders a Christmas tree from TikTok shop through broomira which was never shipped or received. Filed dispute through PayPal who then told me the seller said package was delivered but was a blatant lie. Package was never delivered or even shipped. I also provided them proof through emails.
