I bought a vanity online from their Homary app. With the 30 day return, warranty and refund guarantee. It arrived in a shoddy condition and not as advertised. So I wanted to return it. I put it all in its original packaging. Then they said we needed a pallet for them to take it back and instead of FedEx or anyone to supply the equipment, I had to get it myself. It turns out you can only get pallets if you’re in the field of moving or construction not a civilian, furthermore the one they suggested at Amazon would arrive after my date of return. I was then informed this morning by a very rude customer service man that my order had lapsed from when I brought it on the site, not received it which was on the 11/10/2022. So I have a little over a week left and they have been stalling all this time. With returns and everything! This has been going on for weeks. I’m at my wits end. I have emails and photos. I’ll start with what it was supposed to look like, how it came, what I received with it (an invoice?) and how we repackaged it, with their items which were Fed Ex-Ed and didn’t arrive on a pallet it was individual packages.
