Ordered "squirrel proof" birdfeeder from website found on Pintarest...paid extra for quicker shipping...never got a confirmation but several days after order received email with NO name on email just "shippingvip.com" with "progress" supposedly originating in Ireland and then over the next few days would receive so called "update" emails on my "parcel"...customs in Ireland...on way to US...customs in US...and then a REAL tracking # with USPS. Package received with top USPS label showing shipper as Hou Wennzheng located in Hebron, KY..label underneath was all Chinese. Birdfeeder received was a piece of junk and NOTHING like the one advertised in the ad...well...it WAS the same color...flimsy and poorly made..wouldn't hold the weight of a bird before falling apart. Immediately emailed the email address on Paypal invoice showing seller as Banbain Trade Co Limited ..there was NO phone # and they responded with claims of being so sorry for disappointment and $2 refund...of course, I refused and filed a complaint with paypal. The usual back and forth with them...they upped the offer to $7....before then claiming that their refund policy was that it had to be returned to an address in China in original box and once they received, they would inspect and decide whether to give a refund...of course, return shipping will be at my expense. I then sent them a screen shot of their ad that claims 100% refund if unhappy for ANY reason . There are hundreds of complaints on Facebook from people who are experiencing the same problems...some didn't pay through Paypal and cannot even get an email to get a refund...or the email they have is returned as undeliverable...there's no phone number of course. I feel sure that Paypal will eventually refund my money...but shame on Facebook, Ebay, and Pintarest for allowing these scammers to continue with these ads.

This is false advertising! The actual product received is not even close to the pictured product. The advertised product lists the size as 22” long and 22” wide. The pictured item shows much bigger! Received item is 13” and quality you would find at a dollar store. Cost is $37+.
