Saw a sale on social media for Carters baby clothes and i placed an order. The company sent me a tracking number using 718track.com and after over a month, the site said my order was delivered but it was not. I contacted the customer service email they gave in the order email ([email protected]) and they stated it was delivered and to ask a neighbor. I stated it was not. They offered to resend the items and provided another shipping/tracking number using 618track.com. this website doesnt even work. The packaged state the items are coming from china but the charge on my card is for yakl*aphature london.
