email address provided ([email protected]) to ask about tracking information. I reached out 5 times before I mentioned reporting this possible fraud to the BBB. The next day I was sent a tracking number to https://www.17track.net/en website where it is misleading and implies that you have to download their app before you can see where the plants in the transporting phase. After declining twice the website sent me to another USPS site that said my packages were delivered to my mailbox a week prior. I ordered two large plants that cannot fit in my mailbox. I asked for a refund and no response. My credit card company asked me about $1 charges that I did not recognize. I believe the fraud is designed to charge people without knowing long term.
