Hello,

I purchased a Christmas gift from Modewawa on 12/06/25. Originally, they stated the item would be delivered before 12/24/24. However, today is 12/23/24, and I have not received the item. I have messaged the company requesting a refund, and they stated that since the product is in the warehouse, they can not refund me until they receive it back. I have checked the tracking, and the item has been in the same location since 12/18/24
