Watching Macy's Thanksgiving parade a ad for sale of Macy's products. Nov 25 2023. I bought several items paid with credit card. Now Feb 8 2024 I have 12 emails stating my purchase was lost resenting it again. It's over 45 says.
No delivery. Scammed.

I was scrolling down my playlist when an add popped up for Macy's Backstage. I ordered $30 worth of clothes with my debit card. I emailed them about a week after the order, and they said it was in transit. They gave me tracking numbers. The tracking numbers were fraudulent. I have not received my order. I had to call my bank and change my debit card.

I placed an online order for $30 worth of merchandise through the mordivity.com website on November 25, 2023. It is now January 22, 2024 and I never received my order. I emailed the company many times. Each time they would provide a linked tracking number which would lead to a tracking website called Track 718. This would show tracking information and dates originating in China and ultimately saying it was delivered to my address. I never received my order/package. Each time I would email they would say the package shows it was delivered and to check with the courier. No courier information was ever provided. They said they would resend the package, sent me a tracking number and this linked number took me to a site called Track 818. Same thing happened. It showed a delivery path with dates and places the package was supposedly being routed through. I never received this package. I do believe this is a scam. Internet searches on Track 718 show others with the same experience. The mordivity.com site doesn't have a contact number or address. The emails only say Customer Service Team and never list a contact name or a person. $30 may not seem like a lot of money, but it is enough to spend/lose and feel taken advantage of and scammed. I am highly upset over this. The company is sending form letters feigning sympathy, but they clearly don't intend on sending me the merchandise I paid for.

They showed up on my Facebook feed advertising for macys Black Friday sale:
90 percent off sale I knew that it was to good to be true but as delved into the site there about us appeared to be legit so I bought roughly 12 items for $32 I received a receipt via email and waited for my tracking information received it two days later with their suggested tracking site track717 3 days after I tried to look it up on another tracking site and status was tracking # not found not enough letters needed 5 mins only had 4 so I email service@mordivity and they got right back with me and with the same tracking # sent me a link to another track site 818 ant they display package was in transit held up in customs this is when I realize shipping address was wrong but it’s been 28 days in transit package is suppose to be at my cities sorting center wherever that may be assumed it’s my postal office well I emailed them to ask them about the address they have on file for me I’m awaiting a response I’m sure they will have some clever response. Will keep everyone updated on their response . P.S. I almost forgot few days later I couldn’t view my order any longer, and their site totally change its appearance and what they were selling. Should of been my nexted red flag

This website uses a MACY's logo and uses Macy's Backstage Store as a header on the website. States they are a clothing store that ships from New York within 24 hours. MACY's Backstage store is legitimate but its a brick/mortar location within certain MACY's stores. Do not be scammed by this site.
