Received a notification while on Instagram for Fashion Nova having a big clearance sell. I purchased 5 pairs of pants in two orders in Feb 2024. I have been in contact with the "customer service " department whom said the items were delivered and that they will redeliver within 7-15 days and I will have to sign for them. I told them if I did not hear anything by 4/9/24, I would be calling legal. I have yet to receive my items and they took my money in Feb 2024.

They look like they are fashion Nova the same models everything until you order and the email says a different domain and I tracked my pkgs until it said there are no pkgs to track.
