I placed an order from Facebook for storage boxes. I received the tracking # and it indicated the shipment had been delivered. I responded to the customer service email and was told that they would be sending a replacement order. Thank was over a month ago and I still have not received anything. On the second attempt to contact the customer service email it bounced back as undeliverable.
