Ordered a game through Pintrest in December, 2023, never arrived. Since then they just promissed that will execute refund, but that has not happened either.
Beware of the company, avoid and do not order, it is a scam.
At the start they wanted to reduce the amount of the refund to 60%, not sure how they made that calculation. I agreed only to deduct the delivery charges. Anyway there are two ladies that always come back on the email with excuses , but the outcome is that a refund has never been paid.

I saw something advertised on Pinterest and ordered it on Dec 11th. I got a confirmation a week later. So, when I didn't get a response, I went back to their website to collect as much info As I could. I even tried to cancel the order with no response. When they Finally did get back to me it was Dec 31st. and they proceeded to send me a fake tracking number. They told me I needed to check with my post office. However, in the same email they told me they checked with their delivery company and proceeded to tell me it was delivered to my house and a neighbor signed for it. I don't have any neighbors for miles.
