Ordered jeans. Was sent fake tracking. Opened fraud case with bank. Contacted customer service repeatedly but the claim delivered and will send another…on and on. Ultimately, bank denied my claim. Out $50. Do not buy!

Advertised Judy blue jeans at great discount. Package never arrived. Contacted via email was told package was delivered but would resend at no charge. Second fraudulent shipping info provided. Second package did not arrive. Have requested a refund, awaiting reply.

I ordered from what I thought was Moco Boutique. I had waited a month and kept checking the tracking info on the link provided in the email. It said my package was delivered 2 days ago but I never received anything. I tried looking up the tracking info on every postal service website but that trackikg number was never found.

I placed the order for 3 pair of Judy Blue Jeans on December 5, 2023, with delivery date projected for 5-10 days. I tracked the order online but tracking showings were just “in transit”. I sent an email to [email protected] requesting delivery status update on 12/27/23. I received a reply email on 12/28/23 that package was “in transit” and would be delivered ASAP.
