I purchased a pair of sandals that were advertised as having "premium Italian leather" upper.What I received was a cheap looking all man-made material pair of shoes. To my complaint, they did not say anything about the leather upper, they were just "sorry" that I did not like the shoes and offered a 15% refund. Or, if I send them back to China at my own expense, they would refund the whole prize, but they warned me that the postage would be expensive... It is really a dishonest company, should not be allowed to operate.

When I went to this company's website you're under the impression that they are located in Australia from the wording on the website. It to me is false advertisement as they are operating out of China and you think they are operating a location on the east coast as well. They need to remove Australia off their website as I would not have bought from them in the first place. Can you do anything about this as I got poor quality shoes for 101.96 and I will not return them in finding out I have to pay to return them. If there is nothing you can do I am sorry to waste your time.
