Order (confirmed *************) placed 9/26/2023 for products. The vendor attempted to get my card number via email for an 'authorization process'. I did not give via email (9/26/203). I confirmed again on 9/27/2023 that I would not be providing my card number via email. Received confirmation on 9/28/23 that they can process my order without me emailing the card #. 10/4/203, I requested the tracking number of the shipment. Received a response on 10/5/2023 that the order had shipped, but no tracking number was available. 10/12/2023 I requested the tracking number again. Nacy via shoppfun.com provided a tracking number ( USPS 9400108205499339326168) that stated the product was delivered on 10/3/2023. I replied on 10/13/2023 that no delivery occurred. I confirmed with the local USPS Post Master that the tracking number provided was valid, but not to my address AND the weight of the product that was shipped via this tracking number (above) was 5oz. The order I placed on 9/26/2023 was for 10 Cosplay helmets (the size of basketballs). The weight should have been at least 10-20lbs. USPS confirmed the weight. The tracking number provided was invalid for my order. I advised 'Nacy' of such on 11/3/2023.

With no effective response to the tracking discrepancy, I requested a formal refund on 11/9/2023. Requested a refund again on 11/17/2023 (via all emails they communicated with me: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. 11/20/2023 I received a request to have a new package of my order sent instead of a refund. I responded the same day: I would accept if shipped properly. 11/20/2023, they provided the same tracking number as originally 'sent'. On 11/25/2023, I responded as such asking for either a new/real tracking number or a full refund.

11/27/2023:L Anna (pantherssa.com) responded that the new shipment had already been shipped, but no tracking number was available.

12/1/2023: I again requested a tracking number.

12/2/2023: From Anna (poantherssa.com), I received a new tracking number (USPS 9400109206094101641096). I confirmed that the tracking was indeed in the USPS system, but yet again - not a real package for this new tracking number (again, weight was 5oz). The local USPS Post Office confirmed this as such. I responded to Anna with this information.

12/4/2023: Anna responded 'disbelief' and would have shipping investigate - needed 3 days to research. The same day, I again requested a valid tracking number. I also provided a screenshot of the tracking history for this 2nd tracking number showing that it was not delivered to my address.

12/5/2023: Anna replied that they need to investigate further.

12/8/2023: I requested an update on my order/shipment.

12/9/2023: Anna advised that this 2nd order is taking longer to process (not sure of the relevancy here). They also advised that they have shipping insurance on this 2nd shipment and would investigate with the logistics company (USPS).

12/11/2023: Anna advised that they can't refund directly. They are working on the shipping insurance as a claim to pay me back. I spoke with my local USPS Post Office and they advised that no insurance can be claimed here as the 'package' was shipped as instructed by pantherss.com and delivered correctly (to the address pantherssa.com put on the label). I advised Anna of this information.

12/12/2023: Anna replied that they are working on the insurance claim on their end - no need for me to do anything. Again, I requested a full refund. Anna replied they needed 2 weeks to process the insurance claim.

1/6/2023: I requested a full refund again (no new information shared up to this point)

The company is scamming me on the order utilizing valid tracking numbers for invalid packages while using USPS as the shipper. They ship letters to incorrect addresses, claim that is the package (but not an actual box with the product), and will not issue a refund.

The original 'ad' for the product was via Facebook. I have attempted to advise Facebook of this scam as well (they have a horrible process in place to communicate issues such as this).
