I purchased my order on 1/7/24 it said 10-15 days upon arrival and I thought it was Fashion Nova because they are using their name, after 15 days passed, checked the tracking and it showed my package had been delivered which I checked around my house outside then I asked my neighbor no package so I started email and they said it was delivered and I told them I didn’t have so they decided to expedite another order on 2/11/24 which I didn’t receive that package either so I emailed them again and told them I wanted a refund since they can’t seem to get the package delivered to my home, this what they emailed me back and said Thank you for contacting us.

I didn’t receive my entire refund I received $9.59 because they sent another email saying they would give me 27% of my refund.

I spent $31.95 and that what expect back on my method of payment and I don’t care if you sold the clothes at a low price and I don’t care about the carrier couldn’t get it to my area I don’t know what carrier are you using but they should’ve delivered either the first time or the second time and anyway you should have insurance in case this happens so send me my money $31.95 not 70% of that. I’m about to write a review not to shop with you and you are using Fashion Nova name.

This site advertising itself as fashionnova.com but after your purchase turns into readsion.com or livxb.com has taken over a month and been very rude to me through email. They advertised on Facebook saying that fashion Nova was having a sale for $5 per pair of jeans. I went on there and got a great deal It said fashion Nova and everything and then when I ordered it they have barely emailed me back they won't give me a refund for my money they're only offering me to resend the package but they would have to in their words exactly, "We are arranging reshipment for you. Due to system limitations, the tracking number of the reissued package cannot be updated to your original order details.

Therefore, if you need tracking information about the reissued package, please contact us within three days. By then your reissue package should have been sent out and a corresponding tracking number should have been generated." So what I can't have a tracking number? I just don't understand it I never received anything from them I have cameras outside my house that show that nobody ever came to my house at the time that it says that it was delivered.

The receipt read as this on 1/15/2024 at 17:15. Shop life stylelus Los Angeles CA 93080057 811773. Tracking #FD6254206769YQ, website https://www.818track.com, $39.98. The product's was a sale on jeans for $1.99 a piece i ordered several pair that be on the real website that i thought this was their website. They even offered a discount coupon at the end around $9 that excited me. I emailed them about my money they emailed back with only this website (Customer Service Team each time apologizing for the delay saying it take so many days for me to get refunded. First they had my right name then the last email had Shante Ward i didn't email back after that. I let them know i was reporting them. When i click on the tracking # it says not found, at first it kept saying at the China airport. I was wondering why it wasn't moving or why i didn't receive my product at a timely manner thats why i emailed them.

Scam! Scam! Scam!

Red flag alert! They pretended to be fashionnova website and marked jeans down. Used social media platform. They use 3 different names and 2 different tracking sites. They are such a scam!
