I didn’t receive my entire refund I received $9.59 because they sent another email saying they would give me 27% of my refund.
I spent $31.95 and that what expect back on my method of payment and I don’t care if you sold the clothes at a low price and I don’t care about the carrier couldn’t get it to my area I don’t know what carrier are you using but they should’ve delivered either the first time or the second time and anyway you should have insurance in case this happens so send me my money $31.95 not 70% of that. I’m about to write a review not to shop with you and you are using Fashion Nova name.

I just don't understand it I never received anything from them I have cameras outside my house that show that nobody ever came to my house at the time that it says that it was delivered.
